Madeleine Albright and Family

On 13 January 2008 Madeleine Albright presented herself at the chambers door and had a private meeting with Judge Burrell. Ross on several previous occasions charged Albright and her daughter with violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, child trafficking, narcotics trafficking, war crimes, espionage, etc… A judge cannot have a private meeting with such adverse persons and not allow Ross the right to cross examine them.

Judge Burrell a known Nation of Islam activist and publisher, was assigned the case by Bell (another Nation of Islam Activist) and Battaglia. Thereby bypassing the normal Assignment process by which judges are assigned. Furthermore, Burrell formerly served on the staff of Battaglia and with Deputy Hein. As shown, Hein sends Burrell messages. Burrell has often been in the news, releasing Nation of Islam members or reducing their sentences well below Sentencing Guidelines.

See the Cecil Burrows case, where Burrows organized the rape and filming of the rape of a 15 year old child. Burrell sentenced Burrows to 18 months time served.

Ross had previously testified against Burrell in a Nation of Islam case, where Battaglia and McDonald attacked Christian Civil Rights leaders Parren Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, and Clarence Mitchell. (Maryland Congressman Parren Mitchell initiated the BCCI Investigation in the Wedtech case involving "pipeline" deliveries to Iraq.)  The receiver of the bribe went to jail, so did Maj. Gen. Castallano (nephew of the Gambino Family boss) but Battaglia made sure no charges could be filed against Burrell.
